By downloading, installing, or using HayatApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Condition. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

HayatApp is a digital Islamic reading and listening platform. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• The App is provided for personal educational and spiritual growth
• You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per person — shared accounts are not permitted

Content & Intellectual Property

All content available through HayatApp — including book summaries, key learnings, audio narrations, illustrations, and the app interface — is the intellectual property of HayatApp or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Hayat Pro Subscription

Hayat Pro is an optional premium subscription that unlocks exclusive content and features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store through which you subscribed

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing, redistributing, or reselling any app content
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with App functionality
• Using the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

HayatApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HayatApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Condition. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HayatApp operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
